Refunds are provided only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

– Custom prescription lenses 

– Used or damaged products 

– Frames with visible scratches caused by customer misuse 

3. Refund Process

Customers must report issues within 3 days of receiving the product.

4. Refund Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Exchange Option

Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
