- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are provided strictly and exclusively for verified manufacturing defects or in cases where incorrect items were delivered to the customer. - Non-Refundable Items
Due to the medical and customized nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged:
- Custom prescription lenses manufactured specifically to unique customer specifications.
- Used, altered, unsealed, or customer-damaged products.
- Frames with visible scratches, marks, or structural damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling.
- Refund Process & Reporting Time
Customers must carefully inspect their delivered parcel. Any eligible issues, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items must be reported to our team within 3 days of receiving the product. - Refund Time and Payment Methods
Once a refund request is officially reviewed and approved by our quality control team, the amount will be credited within 7–14 working days. Approved refunds will be issued directly via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the original bank transfer method used by the customer during checkout. - Exchange Option
