It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to ensure that the optical data provided is correct. Dua Optical Lab (SMC-Private) Limited is not responsible or liable for any incorrect information or medical data provided by the customer. - Payments and Pricing
All payments must be made in full and successfully authorized before order processing and manufacturing begin. Prices for our products may vary significantly based on lens type, frame style, material, coatings, and individual customization requests. We accept secure payment methods via integrated payment gateways (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and direct bank transfers. - Manufacturing and Processing Time
Typical lens preparation, coating, cutting, and fitting time ranges between 1–5 working days, depending entirely on the product type, recipe complexity, and current facility load. - Warranty and Product Care
All optical lenses and frames come with a limited manufacturing warranty covering production defects. This warranty strictly does not apply to scratches, structural breakage, accidental damage, environmental exposure, or any form of misuse or improper handling by the customer. - Limitation of Liability
Dua Optical Lab (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the incorrect usage, handling, maintenance, or improper storage of our optical products. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
