    Typical lens preparation and fitting time ranges between 1–5 working days, depending entirely on the complexity of your prescription and product type.
  4. What is your standard shipping and delivery time across Pakistan?
    Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 2–7 business days after order confirmation and manufacturing processing.
  5. How can I track my shipment?
    Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an official tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
  6. Do you offer a warranty on optical products?
    Yes, all optical lenses come with a limited manufacturing warranty covering factory defects. This warranty strictly does not apply to scratches, breakage, or misuse by the customer.

    Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses, they are non-refundable. Refunds or exchanges are provided strictly for manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was delivered, provided it is reported within 3 days.

    Customers must verify the condition of the parcel before receiving it. Damaged, opened, or tampered parcels should be rejected and returned immediately to the courier.
